Community Meeting: Sidewalk Cafe Permit at 1214 Queen St W

An application for a flankage Sidewalk Café Permit was made at 1214 Queen Street West for a patio on the sidewalk flankage on Gladstone Avenue. Public notice was provided to properties in the surrounding area and multiple objections were received. Due to multiple objections, the application was denied in accordance with Chapter 742-3.2 of the Toronto Municipal Code. This decision has now been appealed to the Toronto & East York Community Council by the applicant in accordance with Chapter 742-4.3 of the Toronto Municipal Code.
